Do I need to download to a SLC505 to change its IP?

The SLC 5/05's IP Address can be set with a BOOTP server. Rockwell offers a utility to do this (should be in Start > Programs > Rockwell Software> BOOTP-DHCP Server > BOOTP-DHCP Server), and instructions can be found here. If that link doesn't work, here is Google's cached copy.

In my experience BOOTP server works really well just remember to disable after assigning the IP otherwise the IP address will be lost when you disconnect.
