From the SYSTEM MENU, select Maintenance Mode. Under MAINTENANCE MODE, select Memory Switch. Under MEMORY SWITCH scroll down to page 4 and the settings should be as listed below.

9-PIN to 9-PIN Communication Comm. A Method = Host Link Comm. B Select = RS-232C Comm. B Method = None

9-PIN to 25-PIN Communication Comm. A Method = None Comm. B Select = RS-232C Comm. B Method = Host Link
