I have an Omron NT631C HMI with two RS232C ports (A and B) and an Omron CS1G-CPU43H PLC. I also have an SCB41-V1 communication card. What cable do I need to connect from the HMI to the PLC using RS232C communications, not RS422 or RS485? From what I can tell, it's not a standard 9 pin cable.

I seems to be a cable you will have to purchase (Part# XW2Z-500T). You can check out the PLC Cable and Wire Guide provided by Omron, specifically page 13. It shows the cable from your selected PLC to HMI. Hope this helps!

Thanks Jordan. Is this for HMI to PLC or HMI to PC?
