I'm tired of using the keyboard & mouse to control my PC. My smartphone touchscreen is slow and imprecise.

So I have been wondering for some time now: why don't we have a brain-computer interface just yet?

What are the state-of-the art interfaces on that direction? Why don't we have thought-controlled computers already?
