Merge Into Polygon

I'm currently stumbling around GENESIS32 trying to learn the ropes. I've dissected the Pump Green symbol from the provided Symbol Library ...

Digging into the symbol, it appears to be a combination of Ellipse, Rectangle and Line shapes. Is there a way to merge all these various shapes into a single polygon or Line object? I'd like to take the green pump on the left and add a solid black border around it's edges.
