This is weird.

We've been using a Hiprom 1756HP-TIME Module to synchronize SOE using PTP. Recently (last couple of days) the Hiprom card is propagating an incorrect time (approximately 80 days drift from real-time). Power cycling the card does not fix the problem, and the GPS IRIG-B radio is correct per the LCD panel on the face. The sequence is incrementing correctly, so it's not a problem with reversed byte orders.
