Is it safe to connect to AD590 temeprature sensors remotely?

Hello all,

I have a potential project to monitor temperature measured by AD590 sensors. These sensors are distant from the data acquisition module.

I am not very familliar with AD590 but it seems that it is microAmperes.

What are the maximum distance allowed for this kind of sensors?

Can anybody recommend a good data acquisition module for AD590? I need something that talks Modbus TCP.

Any other recommendation with AD590 is welcomed.
