We have a problem with the robot encoder position. When I move the robot axis, the encoder data is displayed. If I cycle power to the robot, the current position is lost. I have already set the robot to home position before making programming changes. It still can't keep the last data. Can you help solve this problem?

Updated the question, hopefully the essence did not get lost.

If the robot is not remembering it's position after a power cycle, that could be due to the encoder batteries. Try replacing the encoder batteries.
