FactoryTalk Studio 5.00 (CPR9) Missing .XML file

I have projects backed up on a laptop running Factory Talk Studio ME 5.00 (CPR9) when opened on a new laptop with freshly installed FactoryTalk Studio ME 5.00 (CPR9), FactoryTalk Services Platform 2.10 (CPR9), and RSLinx Enterprise 5.0 (CPR9) the communications .XML file seems to be missing.

To repair, install the following 2 patches from the Rockwell Knowledgebase http://www.rockwellautomation.com/knowledgebase/ :
